Your words on the call: it is becoming exhausting, and it is hard to keep it process driven at this rate. The team is young and sharp, but every piece of content, every report, every ad, every "let me just check the comments" still runs on human hours.

And like most fast businesses, your tools are working in silos. Higgsfield here, Manus there, ChatGPT somewhere else, each one brilliant on its own and none of them sharing a single memory of how Broadway Sweets actually thinks.

Where we are straight with you

What AI can do here, and what it honestly cannot

Your hardest question was attribution: you sell through wholesalers, sub-wholesalers and spaza shops, but you market to the end consumer. Perfect, last-click attribution through that chain is something even AI cannot fully solve. I would rather tell you that now than sell you a number that is not real.

What we can do is build a strong picture from the signals that exist: where stock is distributing, where comments and engagement concentrate by region, and which content and ads move the needle. That is real, useful direction, and it is honest.

Insight, never surveillance

Measurement here is about relevance and outcomes, not tracking your people. No Skynamo-style monitoring. We manage to results, the way you already do.

Real faces for video, AI for the rest

Your end customer does not respond to AI video, and I agree. We lean on AI for research, data, ads, and image creation where it looks real, and keep real creators (your Inflamed pipeline) for video.

How we build it

Brain first, then your company, fast

You start by talking, not filling in forms. We send you a private, secure interview link that builds your brain in your own words. It remembers where you left off, reads any file you drop in, and never asks twice. You hand different team members different levels of access, junior staff see only their slice, your assistant sees more.

On security, since sensitive business data goes in: your answers are processed under commercial agreements with Anthropic and Cloudflare, never used to train public models, and encrypted in transit. It lives in your accounts, not ours.

First, marketing

We capture the brain, stand up Adam, connect your accounts, and activate the marketing workers. You see real output in weeks, not months, where you own the result.

Then, the rest of the company

The other departments are already installed. Once your brother can see marketing working, we switch them on for admin, sales, and operations whenever you choose. We build on what exists. We never rebuild from scratch.

The bigger problem, handled in its own time

Optimising your 56 promoters and the rep network is a real prize, but AI can only improve what it can see, and right now that data is not being captured cleanly. So we do this properly: a structured two to three month data-collection period on the ground first, kept confidential, then we revisit with something to actually work with. It earns its place once the data is flowing.

Ownership

You own all of it. I am the mechanic, not the landlord.

Everything is built on your accounts, in your name: your Claude, your Obsidian brain, your ad connections, your logins. Nothing runs on Asmal Digital's software. If something ever happened to me, the system lives on. If you ever want to walk, you keep the entire company.

And because the brain is portable, you are protected from shiny-object syndrome. If a better tool than Claude Code arrives next year, we lift the same brain into it. We do not start over. Your IP compounds instead of resetting.

The Command Center on its own normally goes for $5,000. For that same $5,000, you are not just getting the system, you are getting it fully built around Broadway Sweets: your brain across all 15 brands and your custom marketing workers, installed and owned by you. A deliberate over-deliver to get you started, not a list price.

As you grow

Want deeper custom builds later, a new department wired into manufacturing or a bespoke system? Because everything builds on the same brain, you only pay for the new work, never the whole thing again. It costs far less than this first build, since we are adding to what already exists rather than starting over. You scale this in steps, never in one lump.

The Command Partnership (optional)

This is not maintenance. It is me running as your AI department after the build. Your team kept current as the business shifts, your brain refreshed from your live systems, a steady cadence of enhancements so the workers get sharper every month, a monthly orchestration review on what is working and what to build next, new connections wired in as you adopt new tools, and priority access to me. It normally starts at $1,500 per month. For Broadway Sweets, $500 per month. Entirely optional: the build is yours to run alone either way.

Running costs, stated plainly

The system runs on your own third-party subscriptions, billed to you directly: AI model access, image and voice generation, and the like. Realistically around $200 to $400 per month once everything is switched on, scaling with how hard you use it. Landing-page hosting on Cloudflare runs at effectively no cost.
