Marketing is your baby. Right now it does not scale without you in it.
You are running roughly 15 brands, each with its own profiles, while the product range pushes into snacks and chocolates and the retail trade opens up. Your words on the call: it is becoming exhausting, and it is hard to keep it process driven at this rate. The team is young and sharp, but every piece of content, every report, every ad, every "let me just check the comments" still runs on human hours.
And like most fast businesses, your tools are working in silos. Higgsfield here, Manus there, ChatGPT somewhere else, each one brilliant on its own and none of them sharing a single memory of how Broadway Sweets actually thinks.
This proposal fixes the structure, not the symptom. We are not handing you five chatbots. We are installing your Command Center: a Chief of Staff and a full set of departments that share one brain, do the heavy lifting, and report to you. You keep the judgment. They carry the load.
10 / 80 / 10. AI does the work. A human still owns the call.
We do not hand the business to a bot. We build to the rule we discussed: 10% upfront direction from a person, 80% of the work done by AI, 10% final review and approval by a person. As you all put it, AI does not replace people. People who know AI replace people who do not. This is how your team becomes the people who know it.
- 1
Your brain. Everything Broadway Sweets knows, captured into a private, searchable knowledge base that you own. It is what every department is trained on, so they answer the way your business answers, not the way a generic tool guesses. Built to hold all 15 brands and grow into the rest of the business.
- 2
Adam, your Chief of Staff. The one person you talk to. Adam runs your day-to-day operations himself and commands six departments, reviewing their work before it reaches you and briefing you every morning.
- 3
Six departments. Strategy, Content, Growth, Reporting, Research, and Creative. Each one a real team, each trained on your brain. A whole company, not a handful of agents.
- 4
Safety by design. Nothing posts, sends, or spends on its own. The team drafts and recommends. Your people approve. A human is always the last 10%.
Adam, and the company he runs
You speak to Adam in plain language. He either handles it himself or puts the right department on it. You never need to know which specialist did the work.
Adam · Chief of Staff
Runs your operations personally: Inbox (email, calendar, planning, meeting prep), Proposals (quotes drafted from your brain, in your voice), and Pipeline (deals going cold, re-engagement drafts). Plus the quality gate, the brain, and your morning, afternoon, and end-of-day briefings.
Strategy
Offers, customer avatars, sales approach, launches, marketing psychology, and a strategic call with your own advisory board.
Content
Copy, email, blogs, newsletters, VSL scripts, repurposing, and full content systems, all written from your brain in your voice.
Growth
Funnels, conversion, ads, lead magnets, keyword research, and a full SEO and AI-search (GEO) engine with site audits.
Reporting
CEO-grade data analysis and board-ready reports from your numbers and connected tools.
Research
Market and competitor intelligence, content radar across your space, and the brief before any call.
Creative
Creative direction for visuals and video, and landing-page and page design on demand.
Foundations included: a six-build setup (Brand DNA, Ideal Customer, Offer, Funnel, Content, Ads) with automatic market research before each build, your local dashboard, and multi-brand support across all 15 names.
We switch on your marketing muscle first
You get the whole Command Center, but we prove it where it is your domain. These are the workers we activate first, drawn from across your departments and built to your business.
Content Research Agent · Research
Tracks what is trending, who posted in the last 48 hours, with verified sources and competitor view counts, handing your team a researched starting point instead of a blank page.
Predictive Content Engine · Content + Reporting
The one you asked for: tells you how a post is likely to perform before you post it, benchmarked against your own account and getting sharper every week. A method to the madness.
Data Analyst · Reporting
Reads everything coming in across the brands and tells you plainly what is working and what is not, so spend and effort move toward what is landing.
Meta Ads Manager · Growth
Connected to your Meta business account through the official integration, it builds, launches, and optimises campaigns end to end with your approval. Google Ads connects the same way. TikTok stays manual for now, by design.
Community Geo-Monitor · custom build
Sends an agent across all your brand profiles, profiles where people comment from, and returns a daily report: how many comments, which provinces, where engagement is concentrating. Your clearest early read on where demand is building.
Also on tap, on the same brain: on-demand landing pages for individual products, and a per-brand community-reply assistant (clearly labelled as AI, monitored before it ever runs unattended).
What AI can do here, and what it honestly cannot
Your hardest question was attribution: you sell through wholesalers, sub-wholesalers and spaza shops, but you market to the end consumer. Perfect, last-click attribution through that chain is something even AI cannot fully solve. I would rather tell you that now than sell you a number that is not real.
What we can do is build a strong picture from the signals that exist: where stock is distributing, where comments and engagement concentrate by region, and which content and ads move the needle. That is real, useful direction, and it is honest.
Insight, never surveillance
Measurement here is about relevance and outcomes, not tracking your people. No Skynamo-style monitoring. We manage to results, the way you already do.
Real faces for video, AI for the rest
Your end customer does not respond to AI video, and I agree. We lean on AI for research, data, ads, and image creation where it looks real, and keep real creators (your Inflamed pipeline) for video.
Brain first, then your company, fast
You start by talking, not filling in forms. We send you a private, secure interview link that builds your brain in your own words. It remembers where you left off, reads any file you drop in, and never asks twice. You hand different team members different levels of access, junior staff see only their slice, your assistant sees more.
On security, since sensitive business data goes in: your answers are processed under commercial agreements with Anthropic and Cloudflare, never used to train public models, and encrypted in transit. It lives in your accounts, not ours.
First, marketing
We capture the brain, stand up Adam, connect your accounts, and activate the marketing workers. You see real output in weeks, not months, where you own the result.
Then, the rest of the company
The other departments are already installed. Once your brother can see marketing working, we switch them on for admin, sales, and operations whenever you choose. We build on what exists. We never rebuild from scratch.
The sales and promoter side is Phase 2, on purpose
Optimising your 56 promoters and the rep network is a real prize, but AI can only improve what it can see, and right now that data is not being captured cleanly. So we do this properly: a structured two to three month data-collection period on the ground first, kept confidential, then we revisit with something to actually work with. It earns its place once the data is flowing.
You own all of it. I am the mechanic, not the landlord.
Everything is built on your accounts, in your name: your Claude, your Obsidian brain, your ad connections, your logins. Nothing runs on Asmal Digital's software. If something ever happened to me, the system lives on. If you ever want to walk, you keep the entire company.
And because the brain is portable, you are protected from shiny-object syndrome. If a better tool than Claude Code arrives next year, we lift the same brain into it. We do not start over. Your IP compounds instead of resetting.
One build. A whole company. One price.
Here is everything that goes into your Command Center, and what each piece would normally cost on its own.
| What you get | Normally |
|---|---|
| The Command Center itself: Adam plus six departments | $5,000 |
| Your brain: all 15 brands captured into a secure knowledge base you own | $3,000 |
| Your custom marketing workers, built for Broadway Sweets | $6,000 |
| Total standalone value | $14,000 |
| Your price | $5,000 |
You are getting roughly three times what you are paying for.
The Command Center on its own normally goes for $5,000. For that same $5,000, you are not just getting the system, you are getting it fully built around Broadway Sweets: your brain across all 15 brands and your custom marketing workers, installed and owned by you. A deliberate over-deliver to get you started, not a list price.
A single build fee for your entire Command Center, installed on your accounts and owned by you. Not a subscription. Not locked to any platform.
As you grow
Want deeper custom builds later, a new department wired into manufacturing or a bespoke system? Because everything builds on the same brain, you only pay for the new work, never the whole thing again. It costs far less than this first build, since we are adding to what already exists rather than starting over. You scale this in steps, never in one lump.
The Command Partnership (optional)
This is not maintenance. It is me running as your AI department after the build. Your team kept current as the business shifts, your brain refreshed from your live systems, a steady cadence of enhancements so the workers get sharper every month, a monthly orchestration review on what is working and what to build next, new connections wired in as you adopt new tools, and priority access to me. It normally starts at $1,500 per month. For Broadway Sweets, $500 per month. Entirely optional: the build is yours to run alone either way.
Running costs, stated plainly
The system runs on your own third-party subscriptions, billed to you directly: AI model access, image and voice generation, and the like. Realistically around $200 to $400 per month once everything is switched on, scaling with how hard you use it. Landing-page hosting on Cloudflare runs at effectively no cost.
Build it for you. Then make your team the ones who run it.
Optional, and separate from the build. A six-week program that takes your marketing team from using the Command Center to mastering it, and leaves them genuinely more capable than when they started.
You told me the hardest part is getting the team on board. Your marketing crew is young and AI-ready, so we start there. This is acceleration, not a crutch: the system runs from day one either way. We train the marketing team only for now, the rest of the business comes later, in its own phase.
How it runs
Six weekly 90-minute live sessions with me, each with applied homework done on your own 15 brands, so the team is building your real content system as they learn it. Week by week: the brain and how it thinks; running your specialists; research, content and prediction; ads and data; building your own skills; then scaling across all 15 brands and staying current. By week six they run it without you in the loop.
What your team walks away with
They run the Command Center, to mastery
The team drives the whole system themselves, briefing the workers, reviewing output, running content and ads, without needing you or me in the loop.
They are current, and they stay current
Up to speed with the latest AI tools and workflows, and far more AI-efficient day to day. They also leave with a method for adopting whatever comes next, so as the technology keeps moving fast, your team moves with it instead of falling behind.
They can build their own
New skills, agents, landing pages and workflows, built by your own team without waiting on anyone. This is where it compounds: because the knowledge and capability now live inside Broadway Sweets, every future thing you want to build becomes far easier and far cheaper. You stop buying capability. You own it.
Our standard six-week training is $10,000. Because your team trains on the Command Center we are already building you, it is offered at half. Optional: add it alongside the build or later, entirely your call.
Built to run, owned by you
You own everything
Every part lives in your own accounts in plain, portable files. If you ever stop working with me, you keep the whole company. I am the mechanic, not the landlord.
Prove it on marketing first
We deliberately start in your domain, where you control the result and can show your brother it works before a cent goes toward any other department.
Next step
When things settle on your side, send me the landing-page links you built in Manus and give me the go-ahead. We start the moment payment is initiated: 50% upfront to begin the build, and 50% on completion. Then we capture your brain and switch on marketing. Add the team enablement alongside it or later, entirely your call. No discovery call needed. We covered it.
